As a team, we will treat all patients and parents with respect and kindness. We pledge to provide the highest quality orthodontic and professional experience possible and make our office a positive and rewarding exprience for the patients, parents and our orthodontic team.
Appointments
Orthodontic treatment does take a number of appointments. Generally, appointments are spaced every six to ten weeks. However, that can vary depending on the treatment. Longer appointments are usually scheduled during the day, with short appointments usually scheduled for the after school hours. Missing appointments, or being excessively late, can delay and greatly extend the treatment well beyond the estimated time.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies in accordance with the financial arrangements that were established with the treatment coordinator. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
